1-Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Aurangabad, via courier. Your order will be shipped within the timeframe mentioned below, starting from the date your order is confirmed.

2-India-wide delivery: 6 to 10 business days

3-Order deliveries are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time, please arrange for someone else, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbour,  to receive the order on your behalf.

4-ORVINA AROMA is not liable for goods signed for by an alternative recipient.

5-We are also not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery.

6-Any claims related to shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service team on the day of delivery.

7-Shipping and handling charges may vary depending on the product, packaging, dimensions, and other factors. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout, prior to payment.
